Reporting directly to the Director of Schools, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organisational capability with a highly developed knowledge of sport at both a development and performance level.
The Sports Director will deliver the School’s strategic sporting plan and build on the Academy’s successes, with a unique opportunity to participate in shaping the next stage of Hellenic Academy sport. A drive for consistently high standards, a strong work ethic and a positive outlook are foundational attributes for this
position.
The individual must be capable of managing a sports department and a large team of coaches and practitioners. Excellent administration and communication skills are important skills in this role. The ability to provide quality coaching in one or more sports offered at the School is a requirement.
