Tim took over from Neil Todd, the first CEO of ATS/CHISZ (2001-2015), in May 2015, having served as a Head of two schools in Zimbabwe (PETRA HIGH SCHOOL 1993-2002 and GATEWAY HIGH SCHOOL (2009-2015) and the Principal of BAOBAB COLLEGE in Lusaka, Zambia (2007-2009). He was the Chairman of CHISZ on two occasions (2001-2002 and 2012-2015) and so has extensive experience of the workings and philosophy of ATS/CHISZ. Tim is a popular speaker and writes widely on sporting, spiritual and educational issues in magazines and books. In his youth he represented Scotland at hockey at full international level and has been inducted into the St Andrews University Sports Hall of Fame. As a child, he attended Charterhouse School and first came to work in Zimbabwe in 1984 as a Housemaster at Falcon College.
